We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance for most experiences, and 6–8 weeks for large events or golf tournaments. We do accommodate last-minute requests when possible.

Yes! While we're based in Jacksonville, our athletes and team are available for events throughout Florida and the Southeast. Travel and logistics are handled case-by-case.
Absolutely. Private events are one of our specialties. We design custom experiences for birthdays, corporate retreats, brand activations, and more.
Cancellations made 14+ days before an event receive a full refund. Within 14 days, we offer rescheduling or partial credit. Contact us as soon as possible if plans change.
